Kaitlin Webley

Kaitlin Webley is an employment lawyer based in Ōtautahi Christchurch. She advises on all aspects of employment law, dispute resolution and related matters, working with a broad range of clients including employees, private and public sector organisations, local authorities and commercial enterprises.

Kaitlin assists clients with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

• Personal grievance claims
• Restructuring and redundancy processes
• Exit negotiations
• Restraints of Trade
• Disciplinary and performance management matters
• Employment documentation, including employment agreements, contractor agreements and workplace policies

Kaitlin works closely with Anne Wilson, Head of Anthony Harper’s Employment Team.
