Lucy specialises in commercial property, portfolio transactions and real estate investment, and works with a range of retail, commercial, and industrial property clients. She has experience in commercial leasing and acts for national organisations to assist with acquisitions and management of properties across New Zealand, with experience in dealing with various landlord and tenant issues. Lucy also acts for high-net-worth family offices and managed real estate funds dealing with mixed use and commercial property developments. Lucy is dual-qualified as a solicitor, having been admitted to the bar in New Zealand in 2008 and in the United Kingdom 10 years later. Before joining Anthony Harper in 2021, Lucy worked in London with specialist real estate firm Winckworth Sherwood.
