Bio
Lucy is a commercial property specialist with extensive experience advising on a broad range of commercial property transactions. Lucy primarily deals with commercial leasing, portfolio transactions and real estate investment, and works with a range of retail, commercial, and industrial property clients. She assists national organisations with acquisitions and management of properties across New Zealand. She advises both landlords and tenants on a wide range of leasing matters, including complex lease negotiations, portfolio management and disputes. Lucy also acts for high-net-worth family offices and managed real estate funds in relation to mixed-use and commercial property developments. Lucy is dual qualified in New Zealand and in the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Anthony Harper in 2021 she worked in London with specialist real estate firm Winckworth Sherwood.
Lucy places a strong emphasis on developing trusted relationships with her clients. Her approach is proactive, detailed and commercially focused.
