Nicholas Allen

Nicholas is an intellectual property lawyer advising clients across a range of industries including food and beverage, automotive, fashion, and marketing on trade mark, copyright, and brand protection matters.

His work spans the development and management of brand protection strategies, enforcement of intellectual property rights, and representation of clients in proceedings before the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand and the High Court.

Nicholas also advises on privacy, advertising, and consumer law compliance, including under the Fair Trading Act and ASA Codes, as well as food and beverage regulatory matters including compliance with the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code.
