Samantha Moore

Samantha Moore is a Senior Solicitor in our property team, specialising in construction. She acts for both principals and contractors, predominately with a front-end focus. Her day-to-day work involves preparation and negotiation of construction contracts, and advising clients on projects related to commercial building developments, earthworks and civils, pre-fabricated and modular buildings, roading, commercial fit-outs, fuel stops, residential construction and more.

She has also been heavily involved in the Pūhoi to Warkworth motorway project from 2020 onwards, including time spent acting as an on-site adviser with project teams.  

Samantha understands the importance of our involvement in the preparation and negotiation of contracts, as each and every construction project is a distinct project with particular needs.
