Steven Kent-Smith is a corporate and commercial lawyer who advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial contracts, structuring, business acquisitions and disposals and capital raising. Steven joined Anthony Harper as a summer law clerk in 2018.

Steven acts for clients in a wide range of industries, including retirement villages, food and beverage, manufacturing, and service providers. Steven assists our clients on corporate and commercial transactions including advising on mergers and acquisitions, company and limited partnership formation and structuring, and shareholders’ agreements. Steven’s expertise extends to advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, including distribution, supply, manufacturing, licensing and terms of trade.

Steven enjoys working with clients to understand how their business operates and how to solve their problems, and he prides himself on providing clear and practical advice to help clients achieve their desired outcomes.
