The ever-changing regulatory framework makes insurance a highly complex sector. Since the Christchurch earthquakes in 2011, new laws have been enacted, new cases tried, and new precedents set. Our insurance lawyers have stayed on top of these changes and continue to offer the most relevant, timely and accurate advice to our clients. They also assist at the "front end" of an insurer's business, supporting with governance and licensing, policy development, and distribution and reinsurance arrangements.
