Jessica Hanning is an experienced commercial litigator, with particular expertise in construction. Jessica advises on complex building and construction disputes relating to defective work, delays and payment issues. She also advises on a broad range of commercial disputes including farm leases, defective product claims, liquidations, and debt recovery.

Jessica helps clients find solutions when they are no longer able to navigate disputes themselves. Jessica prides herself on giving clients pragmatic advice to assist them through complex and nuanced issues.
