Artificial intelligence (AI)

Advising on issues associated with the adoption of AI, including intellectual property ownership and infringement-related issues, confidentiality issues and drafting generative AI policies and procedures.

Partnering, reseller and distribution arrangements

Advising on arrangements with key strategic partners, including reseller and distribution agreements for technology products and services.

Privacy, data protection and security

Advising on privacy compliance, cyber security, cyberattacks, requests for personal information, privacy and data breaches, privacy policies and data processing agreements, and cross-border transfers.

Standard terms

Drafting, reviewing and advising on standard terms for the supply of technology products and services, including SaaS terms of use, EULAs, hardware supply terms, privacy policies and compliance with unfair contract terms legislation.
