Bio
Sam is a corporate and commercial lawyer that delivers for his clients. Clients enjoy working with Sam because he helps them make decisions about their business strategy and delivers on that strategy. This involves having a deep knowledge of his clients key goals and objectives. The combination of Sam’s technical expertise, business knowledge, and ability to deliver outcomes is why clients work with Sam.
A large part of Sam’s practice involves working with his clients to execute business deals. This spans across mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, joint ventures (JVs), capital raising, shareholder arrangements, corporate restructures and commercial arrangements (such as supply of good or services, software licencing and franchising).
