Anthony Harper has announced the promotion of Harriet Quinlan and Lucy Scott to Special Counsel, and Nina Jirkowsky to Senior Associate.

Harriet Quinlan is a commercial litigation lawyer with particular experience in trust and estate litigation, relationship property matters, shareholder disputes and contractual disputes. Harriet joined Anthony Harper in 2016, and is valued by clients for her professionalism, technical skills and responsiveness.

Lucy Scott is a litigation lawyer with a particular interest in regulatory and risk issues. She is an experienced advisor to clients involved in regulatory investigations by the Commerce Commission, Financial Markets Authority and WorkSafe. Lucy also advises clients on contract, shareholder and property disputes. A lawyer at Anthony Harper since 2017, Lucy is known for providing commercially astute and balanced advice.

Nina Jirkowsky is a commercial litigation lawyer, specialising in a wide range of civil disputes, including debt recovery, insolvency and contractual disputes. Since joining Anthony Harper in 2021, Nina has built a reputation for being approachable and pragmatic whilst being committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.
