Tim Daley is a commercial litigator with particular expertise in trust and estate litigation, relationship property disputes, and insurance litigation. He provides pragmatic and commercial advice, tailored to a client’s individual needs.

Tim is admitted in New Zealand, in the Supreme Court of Victoria, and the High Court of Australia, and his experience includes working at top tier firms in New Zealand, Australia, and London.  

Tim is also an accomplished litigator having been awarded the Joseph Yates Prize in Trial Advocacy at Canterbury University, and has appeared in the New Zealand High Court on numerous occasions, in the Supreme Court of Victoria, and the Federal Court of Australia.
